E-Sign signature service outage and high latency

The services have now returned to normal operation. While we are still observing slightly higher latency than usual in some identity validation requests related to Gobierno Digital and the Servicio de Registro Civil e Identificación (primarily Clave Única), response times are currently within an acceptable operational range and the signing process is functioning normally.
We will continue monitoring the situation to ensure full stability.

Sovos document upload services have been fully restored and are now operating normally.
All document submission and processing flows are functioning as expected. We will continue monitoring the service closely to ensure stability.
