Some Esign services may experience brief interruptions due to scheduled maintenance during the Chile official time change.

We will be rolling out resilience improvements to signature flows, systems may be subject to maintenance.

e-sign will perform an update to enable the new intermediate chain associated with the Advanced Electronic Signature, in accordance with the regulatory guidelines established in Law No. 19,799 and its regulations.
During this activity, there may be temporary interruptions in the generation of advanced electronic signature certificates.
